Chocolate Muffin Recipe

I am so in love with chocolate, if i could eat it every day I would. So, I'm always looking for recipes to try that can crave that chocolate desire and this chocolate muffin recipe is a guilty pleasure because they're so good, you'll keep coming back for more!

Great for an on the go snack when you need to get out the house quick!

Your List of Ingredients

  • 200g Flour

  • 60g Cocoa Powder

  • 200g Sugar

  • 6g (1 tsp) of baking soda

  • 2.4g (1 1/2 tsp) Baking Powder

  • 4.5g (3/4 tsp) Salt

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 tsp Vanilla

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/2 cup Milk

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. This is going to give our muffins that cute dome shape. Don't worry, we'll cut the heat down after 6 minutes.

Step 2: Combine Dry Ingredients

In a mixing bowl with your kitchen scale handy, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Give it a good whisk to make sure everything is evenly distributed.

Step 3: Combine Wet Ingredients

In a separate mixing bowl, combine eggs, vanilla, vegetable oil, and milk. Give it a good whisk to make sure everything is evenly distributed.

Step 4: Mix Ingredients

Combine your wet in dry ingredients and mix until combined. You don't want to mix too much; this can lead to gummy muffins.

Step 5: Bake In Oven

Once you add the batter to your muffin pan, pop them in the oven for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, cut the temperature to 350 and let them bake the remainder 14 minutes. When you take out, let cool and serve!
