Berry Bliss: Dive into deliciousness with this irresistible blueberry muffins recipe
Blueberries are usually a hit and miss in our home. Sometimes my kids will eat them and other times they want nothing to do with them and on those weeks I just can't sit back and let those blueberries go to waste, and that's when our Blueberry Muffins recipe comes into play.
Have a little one who has a selective palate, this recipe may help get some blueberries in your little one's diet. We like to make a few muffins in our Baby Cakes Cupcake Maker to have some fun size muffins ready for our boys!

2 1/2 cups (300g) flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup blueberry muffins

Step 1: Preheat Oven
First things first, let's preheat the oven to 400 degrees and go ahead and melt your butter to get that out the way.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate mixing bowl, add flour salt and baking powder. Give it a good whisk to avoid any pockets of one ingredient.
Step 3: Combine Ingredients
Add your dry ingredients to your wet and mix until almost combined. This is when we add the blueberries! It helps to toss them lightly in flour to keep them from sinking down into the muffin. Save some blueberries to sprinkle on the top for looks.
Step 4: Bake
Fill your muffin pans, this creates that nice dome look of a muffin. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
